1. All you need is RM2,000 to confirm a unit and sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA).

2. You only have to apply for your home loan at the end of the 3rd year of monthly installments (36th month).

3. You begin paying interest-free monthly installments for the down payment a month after the booking fee is paid.

The monthly installments are broken down across 3.5 years (42 months).

  • Year 1: RM1,000 monthly installments
  • Year 2: RM1,500 monthly installments
  • Year 3 to half of Year 4: RM2,000 monthly installment
